Dayna Campbell joins Turley & Co’s professional team as a property analyst and trainee valuer


Dayna Campbell joined Turley & Co’s professional services workgroup in January as a property analyst, working towards Registered Valuer.

Turley & Co welcomes new colleague Dayna Campbell, who is undertaking a Massey University valuation and property degree.  Dayna who has a handful of Massey papers to complete, is deployed fulltime as a Turley & Co property analyst and in projects support.  Dayna is working across the team principally as understudy to Nikki Whelpton and Pat Turley.

Dayna calls Napier home, where her family lives and where she was educated prior to Massey University property degree studies.  Dayna’s main interests are property, design and architecture, fashion, fitness and travel.

Appointment News


Kurt Richards is a Registered Valuer recently appointed Associate Director.  He joined Turley & Co in 2011 after playing professional cricket overseas.  Kurt became a parent in February and recently acted as a valuer expert in a major valuation arbitration project.  See recent press Hawke’s Bay Today or NBR.

Nikki Whelpton completed her BBS degree in 2006, majoring in Valuation & Property Management.  Nikki joined Turley & Co in 2015 and is workgroups immersed, anticipating property professional qualifications in 2017-18.  Nikki has two children and lives in Central Hawke’s Bay.

 


Wayne Smith LINZ Accredited public land professional joined Turley & Co in 1998.  Wayne specialises in technical public land projects including Public Works Act and Land Act.  He supports clients and his colleagues with Crown and Council statutory land actions across New Zealand.

 


Pat & Sue Turley created Turley & Co in 1998.  The company will mark 20 years in January 2018.  Pat Turley leads valuation/ consultancy and is managing director.  Co-director and co-owner Sue Turley, is company commercial manager and financial controller/ accountant since inception 1998.
